About

The Human-Textile Wellness Center is a research lab that studies people’s
relationships to their clothing. It’s also a place where you can come to repair, alter,
and transform your garments.

Founded by Jessamyn Hatcher, Global Liberal Studies, New York University, and part of the research for her new book “Deep Wearing: Materiality, Affect, and the Politics of Fashion.”
